My Own Experience -
Word
What went well
when I used Microsoft word on my game design document it worked well and I could access all of the features properly, I could add headings and spell-check my work my work effectively, I also saved my work regularly so I could go back to earlier versions if I needed to.

What did not go well
in my game design document I kept on using words that did not show up correct on its system but I did spell them right. the ruler option on the toolbar was in the way most of the time so sometimes I enlarged or made the page smaller by accident.

PowerPoint
What went well
When I used PowerPoint for my software technology work it worked well as I was able to import images that were relevant to the project without too much hassle, I could also use good slide designs to make it more appealing.

What did not go well
When adding more to the PowerPoint I noticed that the load up time increased and when editing the PowerPoint it actually worked a bit slower. When changing font It was a bit of a pain as I had to change it if I clicked on the title by mistake.

Email
What went well
When using emails I can send whenever I want and it does not take much getting used to as it is a simple process.

What did not go well
When receiving emails I have had junk mail which have had attached viruses or phishing links on them.

VOIP
Skype
What went well
When I use Skype to talk to friends, I noticed it worked smoothly and I could talk to my friends (with my mic) without hassle also I could access my webcam without any errors coming up.

What did not go well
When on Skype I sometimes forget my password and it is a hassle to change it, also the connection did falter at times and I had to login back in once or twice.
